Brittany and Tim had their wedding in the magnificent Pretty Place Chapel. Pretty Place is a chapel that is located on the side of a mountain in South Carolina and overlooks the beautiful mountain range outward and valleys below. This particular wedding even though we did not have the views you would have seen on a clear and sunny day, Brittany and Tim had something even more special. Their day called for rain, fog, and cold temperatures. Most would be upset with this weather but Brittany and Tim are two people who are very optimistic, and fun to be around and nothing was going to ruin their day. The venue was covered in layers of fog and mist. The groom said it perfectly when I heard him say they were being married among the clouds. This is a perfect reminder for us all that it does not matter the venue or the view that is important on your wedding day. The part that matters is who is saying I Do with you and the memories that are to come when starting your life. Brittany and Tim thank you so much for asking me to be apart of your wedding. I hope you enjoy this little sneak peek.
Kulpa Wedding Sneak Peek
I had such a wonderful time working with this couple from their engagement photoshoot to their wedding day! They had their wedding held at the wonderful Taylor Ranch venue in Fletcher, North Carolina. It was calling for rain all day but that did not scare off this adventure loving couple. It ended up not raining during the ceremony but had intervals of rain through out the rest of the evening. Even in the rain, Taylor Ranch is a beautiful place to have a fall wedding complete with a horse drawn carriage with a ride through the fall colors. I am so happy that I was able to be apart of Jen and Matt’s Wedding Day!
Eric and Lauren’s Wedding Sneak Peek
This was such an amazing wedding! Not only were the bride and groom very good friends of ours but we were fortunate to be able to do a sunrise pre wedding photoshoot as well as document their wedding day. The sunrise shoot was amazing waking up at 4 am to chase the sun as it peaked up over the mountains of Utah was one I will not soon forget. Lauren knew that she wanted to do a photoshoot before the big day but did not want Eric to see her actual dress so this lovely lady had two different dresses that made her look stunning. The day of their wedding went so perfect and everything was perfectly timed, I have never been to a wedding where everything was right on time if not a little early. It’s not often you see the bride just waiting for the ceremony to start. These two are so perfect together and it was so wonderful to celebrate them with family and friends. Traveling to Utah was not something we expected but so excited that Lauren and Eric asked us to photograph their day. I hope you two have a lovely honeymoon in Hawaii and cannot wait to share the rest of your photos with you!
Cornwell Wedding Sneak Peek
This was such a sweet wedding! I had the pleasure of meeting this sweet couple back in the fall when we did engagement pictures together. They are so sweet and loving. The ceremony took place at the church that Gage grew up going to, with family all around this couple said I do. We then moved onto the Lewis Family Farm where the views were breathtaking. Clarissa and Gage have a wonderful family that love and supported them through the whole day and made it such a fun day with dancing and conga lines. Clarissa and Gage I hope that you have lifelong happiness and thank you for letting me be apart of your special day! I hope you enjoy this little sneak peek and can’t wait to show you more!
Jacob and Daitra Sneak Peek
I had a lovely time getting to know this couple and their sweet little pup, Cyber. Jacob and Daitra had a small elopement at Lake Lure back in December and decided that they were going go get dressed back up and get some pictures to document the occasion. I am so glad that they picked Brittany Rene Photography to do this fun session. It was a beautiful evening and these two made it even more so. Jacob and Daitra it was so wonderful meeting you both and I hope that you enjoy your little sneak peek.
